Sinister: banter

Dear List:

Oh please keep up the irrelevant London banter, I for one enjoy it 
immensely.

So, I'm weighing up the pros and cons of being an expat, and considering 
leaving Los Angeles for home - home being London/Brighton. Advice from 
any listees with experience or opinions on both would be more than 
welcome. After all, the list bears some of the responsibility of my 
homesickness. All that talk of quaint olde english nonsense like public 
transport, football, television comedy, social lives, etc.- it's driving 
me mad, I tell you.
