Bill Hicks was this incredibly funny comedian from America who died in the
early 9tees.  Look for the 4-cd reissue series that came out on RykoDisc last
year.  He was a great social critic of the Reagan-era.  He also has a routine
that makes fun of Debbie Gibson and Tiffany in such a crude and cutting way I
imagine it'd still bring tears to their eyes if they were ever to hear.
