Sinister: 80's Quiz - no B&S content

About 5 years ago, I was listening to the radio and heard a song that 
sounded like some 80's brit band.  For a while it was my holy grail to 
hear the song on the radio again and identify it.  I never heard it 
again, but think that someone on this list might be able to help me out.  
Let's do this 80's Quiz style:

"Blame it on me, it's raining on you...."

"Tell me baby...."

Both these quotes are from the same song, if you get the answer, email 
me privately, and I'll give you my vinyl copy of tigermilk.















PS I have no vinyl copy of tigermilk, but I'll give you a tape (of 
something you'd like) if you need it.
