the song was called "hanging around" i think.
it featured on damien hirst's short film debut of the same name which 
starred keith allen and maybe hirst's wife and...(did it star damon 
albarn? or am i imagining it?)  
anyway, mememe were alex james , justin from elastica and somebody 
else slightly forgettable.

they came together in the name of time and space, didn't they?
