Sinister: chat countdown

as a few people were confused as to when the chat starts this afternoon,
i''ve set up a countdown to see us through the last few hours and clear
up the EST, GMT, BST, US time problem

PS: i havn't been able to check this, so if it returns your time instead
of mine please let me know, as this means it's reading the wrong clock
and may be showing an incorrect countdown. if it's showing a time
different to yours (providing you outside the UK time-zone) then it's
working fine!
