Sinister: Tigermilk! (no, I'm not asking for a copy :) )

Here's a quick question:

I read somewhere that Tigermilk was definitely being rereleased either
this year or next. Is this true?? I know there've been discussions and
possibilities, but I'd never heard of anything final.
