Poor Robert

You really do sound a tad bitter about the whole thing. I hope your schooling is worth it, at least. Let's see what my travel guide says about Kent and surrounding area…
	"It's a commonly held view that the northern part of Kent is a scenic and cultural wasteland, a prejudice that stems partly from the fact that most visitors only glimpse the areas they race to and from the Channel ports." 

Maybe we could add here, "However, according to one Robert Fisk, the nightlife is also incredibly dull to the point of suicidal melancholy. With all of its Judeo-Christian monuments, decrepit English castles and morbid Charles Dickens paraphernalia, Kent ranks solidly among the gloomiest of the western world."

Not for nothing Robert, but lighten up. Can anyone out there in Sinister-land help poor Robert find a place to go in the loveless land of Kent?
