Hi everyone,

OK, i finally have news on the release of the above named items outside
the UK.

THIS IS JUST A MODERN ROCK SONG	

As i told you previously, the "This Is Just A Modern Rock Song" EP will
be available through Continental Europe on CD ONLY from Delabel/Virgin
France.

Matador will be purchasing some UK copies of both the CD and 12" to
sell-in to their North American indie stores for the December 7th
release date, so places like Other Music in NY will have stock.  As far
as your HMV's etc. go, i'm not exactly sure.  

And that's it.  As i mentioned before, the jeepster shop is taking
preorders for both the CD and 12" NOW.  We will be posting these out
(hopefully) on Friday 4th December, so UK people will receive on or just
after the December 7th release date.   The cost is £3 for the CD and 12"
+ postage&packaging + VAT.  So, go!  Check out the Jeepster website now!

We should have sound samples of all the tracks up on the site by Monday
next week (16/11).

what a lovely Christmas present that'll make!  Ooh, don't forget, we
stop taking preorders for the single AND the jeepster shop will close on
Thursday 3rd for a Christmas break and revamp, so if you want to send
merchandise or CD's as pressies, get movin' .. you heard me!

THE ACID HOUSE

I spoke to the soundtracks department at EMI this afternoon and it looks
as though when the film is licensed in a particular territory, the EMI
company will pick up the rights to release the album.  So, as the first
territory to release The Acid House after the UK is Germany in late
summer 1999, it seems that it will be UK-only for a while.  My guess is
to check the UK online music stores (ie http://www.roughtrade.com or
http://www.imvs.co.uk) and try to mail order from there.

one more thing, in association with SonicNet website we also now have
online the Belle & Sebastian video for "Is It Wicked Not To Care".  Just
click on the Jeepster URL above and let your mouse take you there ... :)
