At the risk of terminally damaging your enjoyment of TBWTAS, has anyone
noticed the similarity between the melody of 'Ease Your Feet In The Sea'
and Omar's 'There's Nothing Like This'?
Maybe it's just me, as I'm still trying to get that Des'ree woman hauled
up in front of the PRS for the uncanny similarity between her song
'Life' and Placebo's 'Nancy Boy'. I'm serious. Next time you're in a
shop and it comes on Capital (this happens approximately every thirty
minutes - Top Shop's a likely bet too), try singing 'Eyeholes in a paper
bag/Greatest lay I ever had' over her jaunty soul ditty. A big
improvement, miraculously enough.
"All we've done since we got here is drink wine and screw,"
"What do you suggest?"
"Tomorrow let's pray for beer!"
