"Why is this? I end up not even reading most of them because I know that if
one is about Belle and Sebastian, it's about how Stuart Murdoch and Isobel
might be a couple-who cares? I don't think either of them enjoy your
assumptions of their relationship. Try keeping on the topic, please."
-CARMEN
just for the record, this didn't sound like a very nice post. and everyone
here is supposed to be friends, right? we know you were just stating your
opinion, but your opinion sounded much like a scold. everyone seems pretty
happy with the way things are moving along and not that you should choose
another list, but i have to say that i do agree wholeheartedly with what
alexandra said when she stated that
"Belle and Sebastian and the people behind it and the music that inspired
them and the music that inspires us to share dreams and stories of buses and
little things like that that bring people from numerous countries together,
relating and possibly getting a more real picture of the world beyond MTV,
BBC or CBC"
it's the glue that sticks the people together and keeps them grooving.
"I was just giving my opinion and all I get in return are snotty little
girls replying who think I don't have a right to share my own opinion.
Would you like it if I sent all of my trash to you?" -CARMEN
Now Carmen, it sounds to me like you got all up in arms for nothing when
someone was just explaining a reason for something. And your post sounds
rather threatening, not that sending someone your trashed posts is very
threatening, but the tone you took could have been put in a better way to
make people understand where you were coming from instead of name-calling
and stamping your feet.
"What name calling is here? Do you want my trash?"-CARMEN
sometimes you just have to let a subject drop. No one needs to be threatened
especially not in a creepy way.
"I'm sorry if I missed anyone's complaints about the letter I sent, which is
below this one. If you want to criticise me or, as only one person has done
so far, praise me, please do so.
Thank Y'all for Your Time,
..CARMEN..."
carrying on like this makes no sense whatsoever.
"Ink Polaroid;
You can see two girls standing in a small crowd of kids. The girls have
scowls on their faces and are clearly squaring up for a fight, although they
are still at the pushing stage. The kids around them are clapping their
hands and shouting "Fight! Fight! Fight!...". In the background, just over
to the right, you can see the kids who stayed by the sandbox, the quiet ones
looking at the crowd with fear whilst the older kids are trying to ignore
it. Some of them have noticed Mrs. Honey striding over, and she is not
happy..."
Michael, this is a sad ink polaroid... it shouldn't take honey to break
something like this up...
a sad sad bunny.
