Can anyone out there help me and my roommate stop
racking our brains over this one:

What was the name of Michael Hutchence's OTHER band,
circa 1989? They did the song "Ghost of the Year" and
the guitarist was in a wheelchair.

My roommate swears this band existed. I have no idea
what he's talking about. Help!
