Sinister: film question

someone asked for an idea to a film or something to that effect. 
Well, being an attempted scriptwriter meself, I came up readily with 
an idea.

Follow a person along the street with your camera, but of course he's 
an actor. You follow him and dodging away every time he liiks around.
You follow him to some woods from quite away, and he starts digging, 
the camera starts to shake as the person secretly filming is nervous 
about what the subject is doing. You can end it in any number of ways 
but I'll leave that up to you.
