Sinister: My err

No ! It's simple really. It's just a very pretty way of saying that the
person in question is looking at the ground and not around , not daring to
look around and cos there are so many people who are actually quite
lonely, that this metaphorical blinkering is actually fashionable,
popular, ie, rendered widespread by the populace.
