Sinister: Mullet heads/Tigermilk/Jessica fiasco/B&S anyone?

I'd even love to just get a copy of the tape/CD whatever.
Especially since I've never heard it ever...

Anyone have suggestions on the best way to do this?  I'll
pay for all expenses... or should I get reading a FAQ 
somewhere that has explicit directions for this?
