Sinister: have some more stuffing

hullo kiddies,

well i thought i'd post a little tidbit of nothingness before jaunting off 
for my (yippee!!) four-day thanksgiving holiday.  to the brits and other 
non-americans on the list: i feel very sorry for you that your respective 
home countries do not celebrate a thanksgiving of any kind.  or maybe they 
do and i'm just incredibly culturally unaware.  in any case, american 
thanksgiving is a really lovely holiday, happy turkey day to all american 
sinisterines.

so do i have anything of worth to say?  no.  er, the list has been up to 
weirdness lately (this jessica/ahren thing?  mullets?  wot's this?) and not 
much of it interests me unfortunately.  but something i *did* 
notice...there is another 'anastasia' on this list!  how can that be?  
we're not totally the same...the 'new' one spells our name differently.  
but still...i feel like less of an individual, i'm going to go weep into my 
hazelnut coffee now.

anyhow...the poetry parrots sits on my shoulder, saying everything when i 
talk.  cheers mark...i'm watching out for p!o!o!.  come monday i will gift 
you all with something moving and splendifirous...say prayers over the 
weekend that i don't consult my copy of jewel's best-selling poetry 
collection 'a night without armor.'  (by the way, i didn't appreciate all 
the corrs bashing in the irish bands thread.  i work for them and they are 
really lovely people!)  and i think i know who i'm passing the parrot to 
for the week following, so be on the lookout for exotic things flying 
overhead...

nothing much else to report (no b&s content, shame on me!) except that the 
'velvet goldmine' soundtrack is ACE.  (my non-twee moment, i don't think 
many of you know i'm really a glitter glam rock queen...i like all 
different kinds of music too, funny that!)  oh, and that i'm going to get 
to drink champagne now in the middle of the day at work, for some 
celebration of some sort.  wa-hey.  

and new york city listees, come to tiswas this saturday!  come see me dance 
drunkenly to 'the boy with the arab strap!'  it's a sight to behold, 
really.

all right, enough of that.  cheerstabyenowluv.
