Sinister: Pro-nun-ci-a-tee-enn

Do you say "Belle & Se-bas-CHIN", or "Belle & Se-bas-TEE-ENN" as Stuart does in the eponymous track?  It's important for Haiku work, knowing if it's three syllables or four.  Poo-et needs to know.
