Sinister: trembling with anticipation...

hello all you beautiful people!  i'm sorry to bother the list with this non-b&s content but i was wondering if there were any nice persons out there who would be willing to tape me some trembling blue stars stuff...?  i've heard good things about them through the list but unfortunately can't find anything by them round here.  i would of course be willing to send a tape/money/my soul/do a trade/etc.  please reply privately if you wouldn't mind helping me out.  thanks so very much, please resume your belle-and-sebastianey lives and i hope your sunday isn't grey like mine.  ta!

OK, I know this doesn't "technically" have B&S content, but since great
minds think alike, I thought i'd crap on about how wonderful the new Club 8
record is (on March Records)....Wow. Driving to work, here in LA..in the
rain....(unless the smog is leaking again) just does something to me. I
loved Club 8 when they were more tweeish, but now they're even
better...with some of the lovliest female vocals i've heard in my life.
It's a bit like...well...you know all of you that *nearly* like the dancy
Field Mice stuff with Annemarie singing, but just can't because it's the
Field Mice and just seems wrong to you? Well..it's kind of like that. If
you like Ivy(NYC), They Go Boom, Shoestrings, and "Missing The Moon" type
Field Mice stuff, you'll faint dead away hearing this. The CD is called
"The Friend I Once Had" and fits in perfectly for those rare moments when
TBWTAS has to rest. Some of it sounds a bit Dubstarish, but not as
mainstream..ya know?

Had a dream the other night that these rabbits had hundreds of babies
(probably cause i'd just watched the Father Ted episode where Dougal has a
rabbit and it has loads of babies and Bishop Brennan hates them cause he
was stuck in a lift with tons of them and they started nibbling at his cape
and....anyway...upon closer examination of my rabbit babies I discovered
that they were infact, tiny, baby Wombles!




And I was happy.
