Sinister: monday people of new york unite

Comrades,

Jonny and I have been conspiring about a New York meet-up, but we 
haven't made much progress by ourselves.

I would like nothing better than to take charge and boss people around 
and organize the whole damn thing with a corporate sponsor and police 
escort and whatnot but I won't.  I lack the confidence and self-esteem.  
That, and the unfortunate logistical impossibility of being in NYC 
before eight.

So for after the show, I thought that we should try and gather right 
outside the club rather than attempt to fix some other location (club, 
bar etc.).  That way we can at least pat each other on the back and 
exchange hugs and personally express our mutual admiration for our 
collective good taste (not to mention aesthetic standards and 
credibility) before we disperse and possibly conduct our own little 
cardie diaspora, wandering about the hostile canyons of midtown.

Is there some way of discretely flying our colors?  I've already 
proposed top hats and aprons.  I've received no acclaim.  How about 
brightly colored scarves?  Can somebody propose a nearby landmark 
instead?

Sorry if you think this is too early for such detailed plans.  I just 
want to make sure it will work.  I'm an engineer.  I can't help trying 
to be efficient.
