>There are other kinds of Swedish cheese, you can buy them in
>IKEA along with maribou chocolate (God's own chocolate, you know),
do know if you can also buy kraftost (sorry for only having a 26 letter
keyboard), messmor or fil mjolk in IKEA?
i spent the summer in sweden (coming to a climax on my last night at
stockholm's klubben) and the one thing that i really do miss since
coming back (other than my girlfriend) is the food.
kraftost is spreadable cheese with crayfish and when you're lucky you
come across a whole crayfish.
messmor is a funny kind of butter with a fantastically low fat content -
I've heard that it was originally made with norwegian goats.
fil mjolk is a kind of cross between milk and yogurt and is lovely.
goodbye
matthew
and yes, that is quite strange for a first post. sorry
