Or Rowan Atkinson.  Plain looking, appearing like they hadn't eaten in a
week, and very snooty with a stiff upper lip.

A bunch of cockneys.

Tea drinkers playing croquet on the lawn.

Overly wealthy aristocrats.

Princess Diana.

Tiny Tim and Ebeneezer Scrooge

Overly polite pushovers who act so stiffly and formal they can't budge
sitting at dinner parties and waltzing to classical music..

Wimbledon fanatics who consistantly have no one to root for.

Millions I can think of.
