hey folks

nice to meet people at the salako gig on thursday.  hello to you all!  it
was a wonderful gig, they R!O!C!K!E!D and R!U!L!E!D by all account.  and
they played in a disused forge, which i thought was nice.

someone (jessica?) mentioned mark rothko.  he's fantastic, i have a print
of his (earth and green) on my bedroom wall, and it's gorgeous, deep
browns and greens in blocks.  that's a really shite description, so you'll
have to take my word for it :)

right, well i have to go and decide whether colour exists now, so g'bye.

p.s.  couldn't find the duke's book, but i saw the nick drake biography
out in paperback, for 7.99 rather than the 20 quid-odd i paid for it in
hardback.  arse.
