While he's at it, can I apologise for the fact that when I met Charlotte
in London just about the first thing I asked was her age? Very
ungentlemanly. I blame it on the amount I'd had to drink by that point. Oh
well.

And while people are talking about making sweet love (down by the fire?)
to the sound of B&S, I would just like to say that Nick Drake's music is
the best knicker-elastic lubricant known to man.

Has that lowered the tone sufficiently for you all?
