i believe it! but i've got the best
method! it's quiet easy... after
a real bad day, go home and 
change into your cosiest outfit,
put on a sweater, and go to the
library with your best friend. hop
on down to the children's section,
get lost in the small rows of books,
and just start rolling. roll like there
is not tomarrow... cus there might
not be...                                roll!
