Brighton sounds more do-able than Glasgow (to those of us who possibly can't
do Glasgow) but I have to admit the idea of going to Brighton intimidates
me!! ::envisions uber-trendy mod brigade headed by STiNG, in fisticuffs with
big denim-clad types::: no, must remember -- it's just a movie...just a
movie...just...

The party is now tentatively scheduled for New year's Day in glasgow, it
seems, but won't public transport be difficult then? 

At any rate, i look forward to meeting everyone/anyone where and whenever
you ultimately decide to have the do.  People have been very sweet and
generous in offering their assistance while i'm in the Uk and i'm barely
able to wait the remaining two months til my vacation! 

Someone suggested we speculate on the real reason isobel quote/unquote got
sick, no doubt in order to add nasty rumors to the smut already prevalent
here and ensure the Sinister list lives up to its name... admittedly, some
nasty thoughts passed thru my mind, especially when the russian midget
strippers were mentioned (thought that was a South Park reference?) but for
the sake of all those involved i'll just keep them to myself for now.
"Stomach flu", it is.
