Sinister: US tour

I understand that some tentative US dates have been posted here. There are
also promoters in a couple cities advertising dates as being confirmed. I
just got off the phone with the band's booking agent 5 minutes ago and
following are the ONLY CONFIRMED DATES THUS FAR. This is absolutely,
positively the most up-to-date info there is. There will be more dates, but
this is it so far.
