Sinister: cover star

did anyone else notice the very last line on the back cover of the
new album....

"The title of this record in no way refers to the cover star, 
by the way"

made me laugh!!

Anyone know who the guy on the cover is?  Every time i look at
it, it reminds me of L**m G***acher from that shitty "britpop"
group.  Who were they again?
