Sinister: New album & MusicBlvd.com

i ordered the new b&s cd from musicblvd.com (i'm in the US) on aug 21 and
they claimed to have a guarantee to ship it by the release date (sept 8). i
got mail on sept 9 saying that the cd is backordered and i'll have to wait
for 2-3 weeks to get it.

has anyone else had this problem with musicblvd? anyone order it online from
cdnow or another vendor?
