You know how these things evolve - there's the bands of historical
importance - in my case: New Order, Throwing Muses, The Lilac Time,
Bauhaus, Erasure, etc. - and those that are getting a heavy listening to
these days - Heavenly, Saint Etienne, Unrest, Teenage Fanclub, 60's
(northern) soul compilations, and dance collections like UrbalBeats and
(embarrassed flush) the MTV Amp discs.
