Sinister: The Plugz

Anyone out there in listee-land heard of a band called 'The Plugz'
All I know is they are/were from West Coast USA (LA?) circa Mid-Eighties
and they did a Spanish cover of Secret Agent Man (Hombre Secreto)
They were also in the Repo Man soundtrack (best film of our Century)
