It is 16+ only. I know someone who went at 14 so I don't see a problem.

I saw that too, but I wouldn't say they were headed for the big time cause
they reviewed Gorky's Zygotic Mynci too and they never hit it big after that.
Belle and Sebastian was also in Entertainment Magazine (Sinister got an A and
TBWTAS got an A- which is great for that magazine, they tear everything to
shreads) and Rolling Stone with the last 2 albums and they still didn't make
it big.
