Sinister: summer in winter

hey, you lot --

all this talk of the london picnic makes me very sad.  not only  
because i am stranded at my little liberal arts college in western  
pennsylvania, but because only one week ago i was IN london, the  
most amazing city....  (well, my newyork roots are screaming "nyc  
representin'!!!", but honestly i think london had all the good  
things about nyc and not so much of the bad...)

alas, i think kimmy (kisskiss!) and i shall arrange our own B&S  
picnic, right here in (presently) sunny meadville.  we realized that  
only about 3 other people on campus would probably come, but that's  
okay.  tea, biscuits, lemonade, and sunshine...  that's all that's  
required.  oh, and a bottle of wine -- what's a picnic without a bit  
of inebriation??

speaking of kim, we recently were called upon to fill an empty slot  
in the schedule of our campus radio station.  we did our first show  
yesterday, entitled The Sinister Hour/Rad Thrashin' Chicks Hour (it  
fluctuates...).  anyway, DJ KIsMet and i accosted the ears of our  
listeners with the Glasgow Half-hour, featuring, B&S, looper, arab  
strap, the pastels, Bis, and others.  all good fun!

okay -- you londoners have a fab time tomorrow (she says, whining a bit).
