Actually I do live in Athens, but that's not the point.Maybe my fellow
citizen John misunderstood me on my last post.When I said "nobody" I thought
it was quite obvious that I was referring to
it as something much more general than the thing you thought.Ofcourse indie
clubs would play
B&S.What I was really trying to say is that the rest of Greece plus a great
number of people
in Athens haven't heard of the band.You can see something like that by
checking the charts.
I've never paid much attention to these charts btw, but often I have spotted
other indie groups
climb up quite high (e.g. Mercury Rev) and by that all that I can think is
that people still don't know
who B&S really are and how great their music can be.
Of course I could be wrong, and if I am then it's ok.It's great to discover
that many people
in the city where I live enjoy B&S.
