(If you have alreay seen this message, then I apologize. I thought there
was something wrong with the email address I used originally)

Hi all,

I'm trying to write a short entry on the "pop" subculture for a
"record-collecting lingo" dictionary at
http://www.collectorsuniverse.com/. I would like to know, what are the
various sub-genres of "pop" (i.e., britpop, indiepop, tweepop) and what
defines each subgenre and distinguishes it from the rest? Also, which
"pop" bands, albums, artifacts, etc
(aside from Tigermilk) are the most collectible? If anyone could steer me
in the right direction, I'd be most apprecicative.

Later, I may be writing an article on the same, so if you help me out,
I'll use your name. Of course, it may end up just living on my hard disc,
but at any rate, your name will still be on it.

Best,
