Sinister: 2 questions regarding possible B&S related releases

Matador is issuing a 3 CD set on the 14th of September in the states called 
"Everything Is Nice" that will include B&S.  The first two discs are 
previously released trax and the third boasts all unreleased trax.  Does 
anyone know what B&S track or trax will appear and I do hope an unreleased 
number?

Question #2:

I know the band was unhappy with their Sessions at West 54th but there is a 
disc due on the 19th of October on the Sony/Legacy label here in the states.  
Since their performance never aired I'm sure they won't be on the record but 
one can always hope?
