Sinister: Townie Party

Erica, what exactly is a 'townie party'?
I am obviously very innocent and naive when it comes to this sort of thing
as I live in the middle of the sleepy countryside. I don't think I can have
been to a townie party as I don't know many townies. Actually, a townie
party sounds quite scary to me. I'll stick with my quiet local where I know
people.
