Sinister: um, well, i can't think of anything clever to put here

good morning sinisterines.
actually, it's 2 pm where i am, but i just woke up. so it counts as morning.
i don't post very frequently, although i've been on this list for over a
year. you all intimidate me quite a bit with your clever and eloquent
postings. Anyway, today i woke up and immediately put on "slow graffiti"
and thought i would write.
the other night my boyfriend and i sort of broke up (we're "on a break"
now, whatever that means). the process of breaking up spanned a 2 hour walk
from boston's Massachusetts General Hospital to cambridge's harvard square.
the entire time all i wanted to do was listen to slow graffiti. i tried
playing it for myself in my head, which i'm usually pretty good at, but i
got stuck after "there's a portrait in a back room which i keep for days
upon". eventually i remembered the rest, but that wasn't until we were
almost at harvard square, where we promptly got on the subway and went to
his house so i could pick up my things and go home.
so this morning i slept late because i turned my alarm clock off. i don't
like sleeping late, although i do really like sleeping. i would go to bed
earlier, but i find it just impossible to go to sleep if i've been awake
for fewer than 15 hours. if it was up to me i'd sleep all day. hm.
so instead of knowing i was losing it in the first moment of waking up this
morning, i thought of slow graffiti. and that made me decide to write to
you. and i guess that's all i have to say.
