Sinister: Rollercoaster of love

Thanks for all the band name suggestions and concerns about my welfare in
this freezing winter.  Mam has been informed that a nice thick coat would be
the order of the day this xmas.  Every christmas I think am I too old for
good presents of my parents... now I'm 21 do I have to look forward to a
token ill chosen suprise gift from dad.  I know its a greedy thought but
greeds what the festive season is all about.  I take back that `token gift`
bit though - theres nothing token about 100% cotten underwear.

Whoever told you that is horriblely misleading you.  My girlfriend applied
for medicine at Newcastle and failed to get in because they felt her Pulp
T-shirt prooved she wasn't serious enough about the course!  Still I guess
we wouldn't have met if she'd suceeded in breaking into the very select
medicine crowd.  Different social circles you know.

Like Nick Leigh I was scared by the xmas Radio Times listings for C4 and I'm
afraid I don't share his optomism.  I've heard lots about C4s millenial
plans but no mention of a Murdoch/Moyles TV fest.  Time to worry?
