                      SPREADING LOVE AND LISTS

First: ¤smack¤

That was a kiss for dear ol' (?) Honey for fighting for our well-being. It 
was only platonic, so don't you smutty people think of anything else in your 
dirty minds. Honey, fight for our right to be smart-asses. This list has 
been a big thing for me for over one and a half years now, and I'd like to 
thank you for that. We ALL would like to thank you for that, I'm sure.

Ahh, snow at last. But's it's zero degrees in here now, so it'll be slush by 
the end of this day. But I don't care, I'm all smiles here. Why? Well let me 
make up a list for you:

-Two weeks and I'm in Brighton. New years eve booze frenzy, here I come. And 
I'm about to meet (if it all goes like I planned) Sinister people from 
Philly there who'll be celebrating miluerqweypafreuwguniium there. Archel 
wrote Liza Mille-nium and I almost choked on my coffee. Archel IS sweet, you 
now? =) Wehei!

-My mum and dad are off to Puerto Rico on xmas eve, but I found a place to 
eat too much that day: My sister and her boyfriend.

-I get to see my sisters kid Jasu open up the presents. The most adorable 
kid in the world, with the most adorable smile on his face, with the most 
adorable hairdo ever.

-Santa Claus is going to visit my sisters, so I get to see the big beardy 
guy again. Last year my dad dressed up as Santa... and believe me, he looked 
SILLY. And he stank of fags too. But Jasu is too young to notice those 
things. I actully found something rotten in Denmark when I was about 7 years 
old and Santa sounded and looked exactly like my uncles best friend... It 
puzzeled me then quite a bit...

-Got my paycheck on wednesday. Booze up today. Going to see The Pansies this 
evening for the 11th (I jsut counted) time in my life. Finnish band, sucks 
live but meeting a whole bunch of friends there.

                    MEMORIES OF A PUNK ROCKER

I just visited the Alternative Tentacles homepage yesterday. For those of 
you who don't know, AT is a legendary recordcompany founded by Dead Kennedys 
frontman Jello Biafra. Oh man, that visit brought back some memories from my 
aggro rollerblading years, when I hang out all day with my skatebording 
friends. NomeansNo, Dead Kennedys... Punk is not dead, it seems, it's just 
lurking in the back in my head, bringing sweet memories and tears to my eyes 
from the days when girls where something you didn't have the chance to touch 
because you were too shy  and love meant hanging out with your friends 
instead of the love I feel these days, complicated and always getting me 
into trouble. Got a sudden urge to listen to Dead Kennedys' "Frankenchrist"- 
tape, but I don't have it anymore. Darn. But "Nazi Punks Fuck Off" IS and 
WILL BE a great song. And "Too Drunk To Fuck". And... I could go on and on.

Oh, memories: getting "Virus 100", Alternative Tentacles compilation for the 
first time and hearing Faith No More cover "Let's Lynch the Landlord." And, 
oddly enough, Napalm Death cover "Nazi Punks Fuck Off" on that same 
compilation.

                         OASIS NEW SONG

Bloody great. "Fucking In the Bushes" is the first song from their new 
album, and we in Finland were the first people in the world to hear it play 
on our radio. VERY Stone Roses-like... No singing, just this sample... Hard 
to explain. Hear it for yourselves if you can. Really different compared to 
the old stuff, I must say.

                        FAREWELL TO ARMS

I'm off now for a fag and my fourth cup of coffee this morning. For those 
about to twee, we salute you.
