Sinister: It'll be lonely this Christmas - especially in my house.

Liked the note from Jeanette saying that Sinister is a family, stumbling
from one disaster to the next, and we rally round to help each other in
times of need.
In that case I'd be grateful if I could abuse the list for a second or two
with my own personal tale of woe and a cry for help.......
It's like this see.......my flat"mate" has just informed me that he plans to
move out my house in the next two weeks. I have the mortgage and he gives me
half every month as rent money. (He has just decided that all he has to give
is a few seconds notice and that's him off!) This means that in the short
term my Christmas is totally f***ed because all the money I had saved up for
some festive drink/drug binges and extravagant gifts for those closest, now
has to be used to pay the mortgage for January. So instead of partying like
a madman into the new millennium, I will be at my parents' house watching
shite like "Celine Dion at Glyndebourne opera house," and "Mission
Impossible." (Also, because I'm at my parents' I won't be able to listen to
any even slightly loud tunes because my Dad greets any song released after
1963 with the cry, "TURN THAT OASIS PISH AFF.") (Apart from "The Quo,"
obviously(?))
Anyway, I digress................
As for the next few months, my mortgage has now effectively doubled, which
means that I need a new flat mate, so I can avoid having to live on a diet
of Pot Noodles. If anyone out there in the Glasgow area is looking for a
room to rent from January onwards (unlikely I know but "He who dares" and
all that) then please get back to me (uncle.eddie at virgin.net) (phone:0141
579 8826). Or even if you know someone who's looking show them this message.
I live in a really quiet street in King's Park and my rent is very
reasonable. It's only 12 minutes on the train to the city centre and a
further 3 mins walk from there to 13th Note.
Sorry if this is what is known as List Abuse but I have to try don't I? I'd
rather have someone off this list move in than some random Weedgie.
Well thanks for listening and have a great Christmas and happy new year.
When you're out having fun and quaffing Moet, think of me - stuck at home
with Celine Dion on the telly and Status Quo on the stereo.

Merry Christmas?!?

Aye right - heard it.....

B and S content - Oh come on! No one does that these days. Do they?
