Sinister: i was made to love magic

i just finished cleaning out my whole mailbox -- it has 0 messages in 
it, for the first time in what must be years. yes, i replied to or 
dealt with every single message! so now i'm waiting for more mail, 
but none is arriving, so i am crying... but i decided to send some 
mail myself, and that's good, anyway.

i got a guitar for christmas! oh, i am a happy lad. and i can play 
dan bern songs and nields songs and moxy fruvous songs and yes, belle 
songs! oh, i'm so clever. soon i'll be able to write something of my 
own... i should give myself a kiss.

the girl i'm in love with just called me from scotland, but i wasn't 
home. i feel horrible about it, because it means that either 
something really important happened or she's being really really 
nice. because she's in love with a boy there and not me. i'm not 
bitter about that anymore, but i didn't expect her to call, you 
see... oh, well. maybe she will call later, but she won't right now, 
because it's 4 am over there. maybe one of you scots could rustle her 
up for me? her name is lizzie mccown, and she's got short blond hair 
and glasses and she might be wearing the nick drake t-shirt i sent 
her, if she got it before she left. she looks like this:

enough babbling. i have lots of winter break work to do, and a great
