hmmmmmm...it is almost new years eve here in ol' taron'a and i am struck 
with a nervous sleepless energy (perhaps from the nic fit that has finally 
hit me from no ciggies for the past 5 days) that has got me out and writing 
again...

hmmmmmm...i hate when my mind races and thinks of all these silly things 
that keep me up all night...i can't help but wonder if y2k is really the end 
of the world then which time zone will signal the end??  i have been 
frustrating over this stupid question for way too long...i mean...i envision 
doing the count down and as the ball drops at the final 'happy new year' the 
heavens open and god comes down and starts the sortin'...what if it happens 
when the first country's hand's strike 12...man, i would feel so 
gyped...i'll be caught off gaurd and be dancing around in my underwear to 
dog on wheels or something...how embarassing...

hmmmmmm...for new years eve i think i want to stand infront of hmv... i 
mean, if there is going to be mass looting here in toronto i want first dibs 
on all the goodies...

well...off to try to find a nice outfit to die in...

(not the one that tries to redefine the sex-laws...however, i did have an 
embarassing meeting a fellow belle and sebastian fan while tring to purchase 
a quite embarassing gag christmas gift off of him at some sex shop here in 
toronto...some how shuffling your feet and going 'i swear, it's for a 
friend' is not very convincing...aren't you glad you read down to the 
bottom??)
