OK, here's the lowdown - 

to vote for Belle & Sebastian as the "Best Newcomer" in this years Brit
Awards, just ring

08700 100 100 (if dialling from outside the UK, please omit the first 0
and replace with 44 for the UK ie - your dialling code 44 8700 100 100)

and after a while when Dave Pearce starts talking he'll tell you what
frequency you can get Radio One on in your area and then tell you to
press "1" for a list of options, you want to register a vote, so press
"5" and then to vote for Belle & Sebastian, press "2"

if you're trying to save your phone bill, just dial the number and then
hit "1" "5" "2" in succession and you will have voted mega fast!
