i believe its because both bands spend so much time with the
arrangements of their music
the voices are but one of the instruments involved and the music
otherwise can be quite similar (at least in the instrumentation)
and the music of both bands is romantic in its own way
b&s is more of a coy flirty whatever and tinderstuart is more dark
mysterious sexy guy or something
i dunno im tired i shouldnt have responded tonight
but tindersticks and B&S have a hell of a lot in common once you get
past the voices
tindersticks aren't as cutesy
its like the tom waits nick drake thing
but i wont say anything about that
B&S is like great chamber music and tindersticks a great symphony
there i should have just said that
now that i have ill shut up and sleep
i wish i had a cookie

might cry hehe, i bet a lot of people on here reeeeeally hate
highlander)
