Sinister: affordable floors

Have anyone ever heard of the guild balloon (or something like that) in
scotland ? I desperately need to know if it exists or if my
dream/unconsciousness thing has finally broken down.
affordable floors is actually the name of a band. 
Is anyone going to the battle of the bands in UCD ?
I am, nah !
