right,

i know the lot of you have read catcher in the rye and hopefully hold it
close t yur heart as i do.  now for the facts on j.d. himself you need to
read a little further.

anyone read Raise High the Roofbeams Carpenters and Seymour an
Introduction?  they're also by j.d., and the narator is buddy, one of the
brothers if you know the books at all.

well buddy is suspiciously familiar t j.d. himself.  he lives in the
forest and is an isolit.  

anyway, that didn't really answer the question as to where he lives.
