wearing bras to bed may promote perky breasts, but there's some evidence that it
can also increase chances of breast cancer.  it seems that bras (particularly
ill-fitting ones) can potentially cut off the flow of lymph fluid that frolics
just under the skin.  this juicy stuff is in fact responsible for carrying lots
of cell waste -- bad, toxic stuff that can be concentrated in the breast tissue
by the pressure of a too-tight bra.  so make sure they fit, women!  and, well,
it's never a bad idea to spend some time without one on.  check it out in

now that i've either disgusted, frightened or bored most of the list, i'll add
that i hate the word panties, but i'm prone to using it anyway.  however, i'm
always up for a discussion of undergarments, by any name.
