Sinister: Thoughts while staring at my Smiths poster

I started thinking while I was staring at the large _Rank_ poster on my
wall that maybe Belle and Sebastian are naming a lot of their songs with
parts of other Smiths songs. I could be wrong, since the Smiths wrote
songs in English as do Belle and Sebastian and hence there could be a lot
of overlap in words used, but bear with me here, I'm trying to put
together a shaky conspiracy theory.
Obviously there's
THE BOY WITH THE ARAB STRAP = THE BOY WITH THE THORN IN HIS SIDE
but then there's
IS IT WICKED NOT TO CARE? = IS IT REALLY SO STRANGE?
both with question marks in the title, mind you.
FOX IN THE SNOW = GIRLFRIEND IN A COMA
THE ROLLERCOASTER RIDE = THE DRAIZE TRAIN
You know what, maybe there was nothing to this. But then again, maybe
that's what they want us to think.
