Sinister: Now *that's* entertainment!

Hey list kids.

I've just gotten back home and am in a joyful mood because of a great
movie I just saw -- Rushmore.  Please don't be discouraged by the
marketing people who seem intent on portraying it as "a zany 90's
comedy."  I mean, I guess it is, but it's also sweet, funny, touching,
unusual and best of all, ORIGINAL!  Imagine that!!

Wes Anderson (the director and writer) proves that you can still
squeak a well-written, non-formulaic film past Hollywood types. And it
has a a nice soundtrack too--Belle and Sebastian would have fit right
in.

Wait a second, do you think I liked it?  Yes, yes I did. And I promise
I don't work for Touchstone.

P.S. While you're waiting for it to come out, you could always rent
Wes Anderson's other movie Bottle Rocket at your local video store.
