Sinister: evie sands

being one of the sole listees here in the low countries, i was just
chuffed to find out that evie sands plays the paradiso in amsterdam on
11 february, along with songwriter chip taylor.

my question to anyone (tag, this means you as well...), is it worth
making the trip up?  the tickets are only about four quid, so that's not
a concern...

so, who is familiar with her work a bit and could describe it loosely to
me?  always keen on making new discoveries...
