Sinister: heaven knows i'm miserable now

hello all you folk,

thanks to everyone who said they enjoyed my last e-mail. it made me feel
warm. i'm afraid that not so much interesting has happened since then, but
here goes.

on thursday i saw godspeed with natasha at the union chapel, and it was a
beautifully eerie experience, leaving me filled with a bubbling sensation of
wonder (even though we left half way through the half hour encore). when i
was queueing (yes, indeed) for the men's room (no queue for the ladies) i
saw someone in a stow t-shirt, so i said 'i like the shirt' and he went
'um... thanks. were you at bowlie?' to which i replied 'no. are you
sinister?' and he gave me an odd look and went off to hide in his corner.
i also saw one of my brother's dealers/ friends, who was very stoned and
made disparaging remarks about tigermilk - 'tigerwank' i think he called it.
  which was nasty.

on friday i saw the lovely geoff again - seeing him is the high point of any
day. he is SO gorgeous - hopefully some photos of the london picnic are
being scanned to go on-site soon. geoff's the gorgeous one hugging matt...
ah yes, matt... as you may have read in my last post, matt poked me in the
chest just after i had been accosted by the gay man at tottenham court road
tube. imagine my horror, then, when THE NEXT DAY he is on the same platform
at the same time at baker's street tube... which has about ninety million
platforms. at first he hid his face, like the criminal stalker he may well
be, and pretended he hadn't noticed me. but i had... i know you're
watching me, matt... and i'm not scared...

i would, however, be scared if my stalker wasn't the affable matt but was in
fact one of geoff's friends from friday. i can't remember his name, but
when geoff said he'd seen a performance poet the friend said 'i hope you
fucking glassed him, mate'. but no! our hero admitted to his hard-man
friends that he thought the poet (opening for the lucksmiths) had been
'actually quite good'. he's gorgeous, open-minded, cultured, and he's got a
good job. what more could anyone want?

i haven't seen the tony blair project, eyes wide shut or star-bores (not
what i called it - i overheard someone describe it thus in a bookshop), so i
can't really say anything topical or interesting. sorry.

anyway, must go back to dreaming my life away,

love to all, and a snog for geoff - will you be my list-crush?

Marcus XXX
